Recurring Cleans

  • Frequency: Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly

  • Included Tasks:

    • Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Laundry Rooms: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.

    • Kitchen: Cleaning counters, sink, outside of all appliances, taking out trash, and mopping floors.

    • Bathrooms: Cleaning sink, toilet (inside and out), shower/tub, mirrors, taking out trash, and mopping floors.

Deep Cleans

Included Tasks: All tasks from recurring cleans plus:

  • Cleaning baseboards, door and window frames.

  • Cleaning the outside of cabinets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.

  • Cleaning under movable furniture and the inside of windows.

Add-ons

  • Inside of oven or refrigerator

  • Inside of cabinets and drawers

  • Outside of reachable windows

  • Inside of closets

Seasonal/Holiday Cleans

  • Description: Similar to a deep clean but typically done more frequently to prepare your home for the new season.

Move-in/out Clean

  • Description: Ideal for empty homes, focusing on cleaning all nooks and crannies to prepare the home for the next resident.

Office Cleaning

  • Availability: Daytime hours Monday to Friday. We prioritize evenings and weekends off for our staff to spend time with their families.

Booking Information

We are usually booked 2-4 weeks in advance, so it's best to contact us as soon as possible to secure your spot on our schedule.

Pricing: $85 minimum for recurring clients. Each home is priced individually, requiring a free walkthrough for an accurate estimate.
